Granting a user permissions to a sub-folder.

In order to add users to a sub-folder, they must already have access to the parent folder.

A user’s access to a folder cannot be set higher than their access to the parent folder.(e.g., a parent folder “Author” can have author, read-only, or no access to the subfolder, but cannot have administrator access to the subfolder).
