After you have cleared your browser cache, you will need to restart your web browser before attempting to access the portal.
You must also verify that you are accessing AKO/DKO by typing the address ‘manually’ in the address bar at the top of your browser, ( www.us.army.mil ) as opposed to utilizing a favorite or shortcut link.

Army Enterprise Email
Please note that the Enterprise Service Desk will no longer be resetting passwords directly over the phone. There are options to reset via:
• External Email
• Cell Phone Text Message
• Security Questions
