Sending an Instant Message to many users.

To send a mass IM within the Jabber (AKOIM) client, please do the following:

1. Click on the contact at the top of your list.
2. Locate the contact at the bottom of your list. Hit the SHIFT key, and click on the bottom contact. This will highlight all the contacts between the top contact and the bottom contact.
3. Right click on your mouse, and select “Send Message.”
4. Fill in the Subject, the message, and click “Send.”

All the contacts you’ve highlighted will receive the mass IM.
