The AKO/DKO address book can only hold up to 200 contacts. Any groups that you create within your address book count as one contact within your address book.
Unknown Error (133)
If you get the error “unknown error (133)” when attempting to add a contact to your address book, that means there are already 200 contacts within your address book.
