Answer Title: How do I contact the AKO service desk?
Answer Link: Click on the Enterprise Email Help Desk link here.
How do I access EE with my MacBook Pro? I am a Captain in the Army Reserve.
Thank you,
Larry B.
I’m including my Hotmail address since I cannot get into Army OWA.
I can log in fine. However, I am seeing nothing but a white screen with a blue vertical line. I’ve done all the steps above. It worked fine until a week ago.
I get the same blue line…not sure why or how to fix it.
