I had email in my Deleted Items or Junk folder that were accidentally removed! How can I get those back?
Answer!
Enterprise Email will automatically remove email in your Deleted Items or Junk Mail folder once those emails are 60 days old. You may also remove deleted items from the Deleted Items folder yourself. In either case you have 14 days to recover that email. The steps to recover your email in Enterprise Email Outlook Web Access are listed below.
Restore Deleted Items
Right Click on Deleted Items then select Recover Deleted Items
Select the email to recover and click the recover button
You can also remove items permanently from this list
