Where can I learn more on how to use the Search engine within AKO/DKO more efficiently?
If you are looking for content within AKO/DKO but you are unsure where it is located within the portal, you can use the ‘Search’ bar which is located directly under the banner within the AKO/DKO portal.
You can search two specific areas in the portal to aid your search. You can either search within the:
AKO Content -Allows you to search for all content that is set to be discoverable.
People – Allows you to search the AKO/DKO directory for a specific AKO/DKO user.
Also, when you make your initial search, you will be given options to narrow your search if you were unable to locate the item. This will be located on the right side of the page after the initial search. If you were searching within ‘People’, the initial search will bring you to the ‘People’ page where you can narrow your search.
