Unable to export address book

This can be fixed by doing the following:

  1. Go to Tools and select Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Advanced tab.
  3. In the Settings window, scroll down to the Security Section.
  4. Check the box next to “Do not save encrypted pages to disk.”
  5. Click OK.

NOTE: Unfortunately, there is no workaround for IE (Internet Explorer) 6. The workaround does not always fix the issue and if the problem still exists you will need to open a support ticket with the service desk.
