This can be fixed by doing the following:
- Go to Tools and select Internet Options.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- In the Settings window, scroll down to the Security Section.
- Check the box next to “Do not save encrypted pages to disk.”
- Click OK.
NOTE: Unfortunately, there is no workaround for IE (Internet Explorer) 6. The workaround does not always fix the issue and if the problem still exists you will need to open a support ticket with the service desk.
