How do I recover deleted files?
AKO Files has a Recycle Bin when in Tiles view that holds deleted files for 30 days.
To view the Recycle Bin:
Go to your folder and set to ‘Tiles View’ (if you see ‘Details View’ at the top of the open folder, you are already in ‘Tiles View’)
Click on the Recycle Bin (files deleted within 30 days will be visible)
Hover your cursor over the file you wish to recover, and click ‘Restore.’
Please note: you may need to go to a higher level folder in order to see the deleted files.
